A group is defined as a party with 20 or more people. To qualify for group rates, one individual must coordinate the reservation, and payment must be received from only one source.  For those efforts we are pleased to extend one complimentary ride for every 20 people booked and paid for in full.

A signed contract and 25% deposit is required 30 days prior to departure date to confirm a group reservation. Full payment for the group reservation is required (with any adjustments in passenger count over 20 people) two weeks prior to departure date.  In the event travel is booked less than two weeks from the departure date, the total reservation amount is due immediately.
