Thank you again for all your help in planning and setting up my Dad’s 90th birthday surprise party.
Dear Robin,
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your staff. Ellen helped us coordinate my father’s 90th birthday surprise party, which was held on April 27th, 2013 on the Yuma car. She did everything from suggestions to arranging early boarding for the family to getting the cake. Once on board, Kelly and Michael could not have been more helpful and wonderfully sweet to all of us. GREAT CREW & TEAMWORK!

Without further delay, many thanks for the wonderful hospitality and all your help during our tour of the Verde Canyon RR. All the 47 passengers from Premier World Discovery loved the ride and enthusiasm with which all of you greeted us. Two days later still talking how much they loved the train ride.
Becki, Keri, Ralph and all were super nice on the Train to the group and made my job as Tour Director a breeze!

Thank you so much for yet another fantastic trip on the Verde Canyon Railway! The kids really enjoyed the Liberty Wildlife exhibit and the train ride. The girls that were assigned to our train cars were absolutely wonderful with our students. They even helped the kids with their assigned packets! Thank you so much for your help in arranging our outing.
