From golfing to fishing, hiking to Sunday brunch, and of coarse train rides on the historic Verde Canyon Railroad. Whatever you choose, Sedona won’t disappoint!

There are tons of great hikes around Sedona, but if you’re going to go do one, many would argue you see Montezuma Castle. Dating way back to 1150 A.D. and perched over 100 feet above the valley floor in a recess of cliffs, it’s a beautiful site and arguably one of the most picturesque set of ruins in the U.S and one of the best preserved cliff dwellings in North America. Sedona Train Adventure
Sure we’re a bit biased, but it’s hard to argue that taking a ride on the Verde Canyon Railroad isn’t the most memorable thing to do with your dear Dad on their speical day. The typical riding experience is exciting and someithing amazing to share with him, but for a limited time, Verde Canyon Railroad is actually allowing people to book tickets riding in the Locomotive car! This means he’ll get to see what happens behind the scene as the crew gets the train ready, and he’ll be making the trip directly in the engine car of the train next to the Engineer and Conductor. You can learn more about this unique, limited time opportunity here or claim your Dad’s spot right here.
