Steve and I had a wonderful day on the Verde Canyon Railroad.
You and everyone there made us feel so welcomed. I can see the organization it takes to make the day go smoothly. Thank you and all the others that contributed to a very memorable to a very memorable day. And yes, Steve was totally taken by surprise. He loved the experience as much as I knew he would. You made my day! is an understatement!

We had a wonderful time on our trip in the Caboose of the VCRR. Our hostess, Kari, was spectacular. She put up with a lot of stuff and came through with flying colors. We will request her or Fermin on our next trip.
