Just a note to say thank you for all the hard work you put into making our Verde Canyon Railroad adventure a complete success. We see you as the ultimate “customer enthusiast” front person for the railroad…the one who makes perfect happen with very little effort exerted from the client side. And, yes, even those of you standing waving to us as the train pulled out of the station says you care. You are a delight to work with and you can be sure we will be back and tell all of our friends and family what a wonderful time we had.

Now, we know you have a lot of support people working behind the scenes, so please extend our thanks and gratitude to them as well.

Yesterday was my first time on your RR. My wife and I went first class and I was very impressed by all! From the cleanliness of the restrooms and the quality of the food at the terminal, to the positive vibes from all of your employees; highlighting Ashley and Terry once the ride began and the quality of the snacks on the cars, ALL was very well done!!

You have much to be proud of. We will return…
