Your guests may be served at their seats, out on the open-air viewing cards or they may visit one of our full-service bars. Your car’s bar service can be stocked and tailored to your special requests, with different payment plans.

Alcoholic

First-class bar service features a full menu of top-shelf liquors, creative cocktails, national beers, regional craft brews and a complex wine list. Our private-labeled Verde Canyon Railroad wines are bottled by California’s Weibel Vineyards, and our private-labled ales are bottled by Sedona’s Oak Creek Brewery.

A Champagne toast is just the start of the celebration and is included in the fare.

Your guests will pay for their own drinks. No charge for Cash Bar set up.

Limited Open Bar- Consumption

• You choose what selections are available.
• Guests may order from those selections only.
• Any additional consumption, not selected, can be made available on a cash bar basis.

Billed on actual consumption – credit card deposit is required

Pre-Paid Bar- by Drink Ticket

• You may purchase drink tickets from us.
• These tickets are distributed to your guests.
• Guests may use each ticket for one drink from the bar.
• You choose what selections are available.
• Guests may order from those selections only.
