This four-hour trip, which takes passengers through the protected, private red-rock canyon backcountry accessible only via this historic rail line, offers you an exclusive environment for your special group.

Your group may host an open bar, with a tab to be finalized at the end of the ride, or you may limit your guests to specific selections (i.e., beer and wine, or soft drinks only). If you have special requests for specific beverages or brands, please let us know and we will do our best to stock them for your group.        

Every tour bus is Greeted upon arrival at the depot, by our group coordinator, with tickets in hand, eliminating the need to wait in lines and groups will be Pre-boarded in advance of other train passengers.

No telephones, no internet,  no cleanup after the party. Instead, we indulge your senses with crisp canyon air, the clickety-clack of wheels on the tracks and the glorious red rock formations along this historic wilderness route.

Groups with exclusive use of at least one train car are welcome to prearrange catering from a Special Menu that can be served onboard the train. At the Copper Spike Café, our on-property café makes all the food served onboard the train. The combination of festive food and beverage, incredible Arizona scenery and history, and luxuriously appointed vintage rail cars rolling through Mother Nature’s majesty creates a memorable event. We guarantee good service and a good time, every time.

There are discount rates available for parties of 20 or more. For any group size of 20 passengers or more, there will be an automatic $2.00 gratuity, per passenger, added to the final reservation total.Single cars or the entire train may be Chartered. When the entire train is chartered, departure date and time may be altered from our regularly scheduled service to fit your needs.
