Exclusive Group Service
Our group coordinator is dedicated to group bookings, making the reservation process smooth and easy.
- Contracted group bookings are an easy process, with the calendar generally available for booking one year in advance, and final count and payment due in full two weeks prior to ride date.
- Your bus will be greeted upon arrival by a railroad representative with group boarding passes in hand, and parking is free and easy.
- Depending on the size of group, you may have exclusive use of your own car.
- Discounted café vouchers for group and customized menus with extended food and beverage service on board is offered in combination with the exclusive use of at least one car.
Additional Options and Amenities
Group/Contract reservations
A deposit of 25% of the total group fare is due 60 days prior to the ride date. The balance is due two weeks prior to departure. In the event travel is booked less than 30 days from the ride date, the total group fare is due upon receipt of agreement. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days from scheduled departure date.
The contract provides a space for a credit card number in case a check has not been received within the allowed time, or the contact person is traveling and unable to make a timely payment.
