The 4 hour journey on the Verde Canyon Railroad was such a memorable experience for me and my husband.

It was one of our best railroad journeys into a really beautiful world where there was emptiness and solitude which

filled our hearts with an awe for that part of nature we seldom experience in today’s world.

But more than anything I feel a sense of gratitude for your response and immediate action in looking for my lost earring

that was given to me by my late mother.

I hope we can visit with you all again and go on the enchanting journey into the wilderness.

Just a quick note regarding my cab ride on Saturday, January 27, 202: What an amazing experience that far exceeded my expectations! You all did great and the bi-fold certificate with photo was the pinnacle of the experience because it is a very professional looking, quality looking souvenir!

Anyway, once again I wish all the best in your continued service delivery and professional demeanor! Jason and Hayden (sp.) were very entertaining and accommodating not to mention extremely informative and interesting to converse with.

I’d like to take but a short minute to thank you and the Verde Canyon Railroad Staff for all your efforts and hard work that made this Christmas the most memorable for my family especially my grandchildren! The VIP Kids Club made them feel they were special on this exciting Christmas Train ride. From check in to exiting, all of the staff were polite and again made the grandkids feel like they were truly at the North Pole. Seating arrangements put all 12 of us together and very comfortable (next to the bar!)

Our Family visits for Christmas every other year so the youngest grandkids will be 7 years old on the next visit. I can only hope they can still hear Santa’s “bell” so we can return to the Verde Canyon Railroad Magical Journey in 2025!

The staff was amazing and extremely informative. Carrie took great care of us and didn’t allow us to miss anything. We will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We did the fright night railroad and it was so much fun. It is a great use of space and the twists and turns makes you constantly wonder what is around the next corner. My wife jumped a lot. Highly recommend for dates and families.

My wife and I had a great experience. The train allowed you to see amazing sites up close and personal. I really enjoyed the flat car observation deck as it allows you to see hear and smell the outside environment. The train cars were very well decorated and comfortable. The tour guide was very well aquatinted with the history of the area and made the trip enjoyable. Our lunch items high quality and were delicious. The car had a well stocked bar and bartender was both friendly and efficient. This train trip gives you a once in a lifetime experience. I am going to recommend it to my friends and family. We may even ride it again in a different season

We rode on the Flagstaff Car. The staff was amazing, explained everything, and kept us well-entertained. We rode 1 way inside the train and the 2nd half outside. The Scenic views were breath taking.
