On Saturday September 14th 2013 I booked the Sante Fe Belle for 22 of my closest friends & family to celebrate my 40th birthday in style!  It was everything I thought it would be and more. From the coordinator Ellen, to our server Amber, to the naturalist Michael, and to the surprise special guest on board, Sonora the rescued bald eagle, I was floating on clouds all day at what an awesome experience it was for me and for my whole group.  It was Sonora’s 40th train ride, and since it fell on my 40th birthday I consider that heaven sent…

“I recently went on a wonderful train trip with the Verde Canyon Railroad. My mother, Carol, and I had a great time. First-class was well worth it.  The guide/bartender, Laura, was so much fun. She kept us entertained the whole trip and informed us about what was coming up on the trip along with historical information. We were able to take lots of neat pictures. Also, the munchies were really good. We will recommend your trip to anyone we know who will be visiting the Sedona area.”
