“Thank you again for all your help in planning and setting up my Dad’s 90th birthday surprise party. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your staff. Ellen helped us coordinate my father’s 90th birthday surprise party, which was held on April 27th, 2013 on the Yuma car. She did everything from suggestions to arranging early boarding for the family to getting the cake. Once on board, Kelly and Michael could not have been more helpful and wonderfully sweet to all of us. GREAT CREW & TEAMWORK!”

“Our daughter and son-in-law treated us to a ride on your train on Friday, April 15. It indeed was a treat! They surprised us with the caboose ride when we were expecting first-class. Even our 21-month old grandson had a great time.

The hospitality was wonderful, the food was tasty, the ride was fantastic, and the scenery was breathtaking. Our personal valet, Fermin, added so much to our experience. His knowledge of the territory and expertise in caring for us made the ride pleasant and informative. Please express our thanks to him again.
